Shipping Policy:
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. Once processed, shipping time is typically 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday). Depending on where you live the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.
Once you receive a tracking number items are out of our hands and are then possession of the U.S Postal Service. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items! ALL questions and concerns should be directed to your local Post Office or you can contact the U.S Postal service (800)-275-8777

Local Pickup:
For local pick up, please send us a message via the Facebook or Instagram icon at the bottom of the site with your name and order number, or an email at Tkaycollection@yahoo.com to set up an agreed upon pick up time. Pick up days/times are currently Saturday-Wednesday at 3!
